Park Place Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Whatever!! You need to face the facts Park Place is awful and poorly managed! One maintenance person for all those apartments and nothing ever gets done. In order to see results you have to end up calling Atlanta to the corporate office. I recommend that no one live here if you're not income based. It is not worth the price to put up with incompetence and the nonchalant attitudes of the staff in the office. I am currently without air conditioning in 80 plus degree weather and have been without for a week now. The last time it took a month to fix and it wasnt fixed until I placed several calls to Atlanta!! Rediculous' I think so. These apartments are supposed to be secure but there are always bums and other slum hanging out in front of my building and on the corner. People playing their stereos loudly in front of the building creating a on going problem for the few people living there that actually go to work. I agree that these apartments are new but the management could do a whole lot better that what they're doing. As for me I'm currently looking to get out of my lease and strongly advise anyone to think twice. For those of you that saw the FOX6 segment believe all of what you saw!!
