The staff is always changing. The place just opened in 2004 and there have been three managers. I moved into a unit that needed repairs and have not been fixed. Twice I have seen toddlers running around the complex alone without an adult (police were called). There are abandoned and junked cars and vagrants walking around. You cannot get anything fixed or get cooperation from the office or the owners. My friend pre-leased an apartment here but never got to move-in because the Owners are having money problems and had to stop construction. When I asked the office for my lease they stalled for two weeks. When I finally got it they had forged signatures on it. Fox 6 news did a report on how bad this place was in May but do you think the office made changes' Heck No! THIS PLACE IS THE PITS. Did I mention the welfare/section 8 program they have here' They like to keep it quiet but over half of the property are people who lived here when it was a housing project.
P.S. The person who gave the review about his "roommate", don't beleive the hype. It is his boyfriend who left him for a week. Also, he asked to be transferred to a new apartment because he did not like living next to welfare folks.

hilarious! couldnt agree with you more! i live here also...since july and this place is CrAzY!!! Janky management! NO EFFORT in maintanence as far as repairs goes. My back dorr has been broke for 2 months! Im bout to say ---- it and go to Lowes! lol!!
