I've been a tenant here for about a year or more. When I signed my lease I was informed that my rent was X amount....well by fluke, I happened to be talking to one of the new assistants at the office and learned that my rent amount in their computer was showing up as X..minus about 150 dollars. I though it was an error. After confronting her, she told me what my rent was in the computer a second time and informed me that that WAS the correct amount. I asked where my 150 extra dollars were going every month since I (like many here) pay with money orders. She shrugged her shoulders. Now...I've seen many reviews on here with people with similar storys...let's do the math...if ParkPlace tells you to pay..lets say 900/month, but have it in their computers as you only owing 750 month....thats 150$ left over for SOMEONE...hmmm....let's say im not the only tenant' (which after investigation, I've found out im NOT the only one) IF ParkPlace was scamming only 20 people out of the whole place...thats over 2000$/month. WHO IS GETTING THAT MONEY''' Whoever is over auditing and investigation Park Places money handeling SERIOUSLY needs to look into this SCAM.

Check your lease. If you signed to pay X then it does not matter what the computer says. When I signed my lease I saw the change in price and I pay that amount, not the one that was originally quoted. If they change the amount later then that is on them, not you.
