This is an apartment rating from your fellow neighbor at ParkPlace Apartments. I have stated my email in hopes that I can get in touch with others who also are or have been living at Park Place. I, like MANY others, have had NUMEROUS occurances with Park Place that were quite unpleasant and down right ridiculous as far as management is concerned. If you have also had any problems, please email me @ ParkPlaceNoGood@Yahoo.com. We need feedback asap. Something has to be done about this outragious lack of responsibility on the management and property developers behalf! I have sent several emails to the property developers about the degression this place is in. Needless to say, I've not been responded to ONCE. I know Fox 6 news in the beginning had done an investigation into Park Place and it's progress (or should I say NONE progress), and I believe it is time for them to do a second story. Squeaky wheel gets the oil, and this place needs to be SERIOUSLY renovated of its un-caring, un-responsive, blantantly RUDE management! This is not a bashing of ParkPlace, just a simple attempt to get any thoughts and opinions from others who have dealt or are currently dealing with a similar situation.
