The problems seem endless, the management is terrible, i never see the same person twice when i go to the office, there is a community of homeless people living right across the street (viewable from my balcony), the sound pollution from the interstate and trains is too much, i ------- hate this place and cannot wait to get out of here... it may look nice from the outside, but i would even doubt that any proper building inspection was done and approved. I would strongly discourage anyone from living here...

Based on criteria of parking, noise, grounds, safety, construction, maintenance, staff:

The parking on the street is not that great, and it is sort-of hazardous as cars and trucks sometimes come racing off the ramp from the Caraway blvd. exit onto sixth avenue and i'm sure it's only a matter of time before someone gets hit... and the parking in the back is okay, but the 'gates' make no sense whatsoever - they don't even keep them closed (not that it would make a difference if they did)

The noise is absolutely terrible... i have a hard time sleeping at night sometimes because the traffic across the street from the overpasses and trains is ridiculous.

The area around (grounds) looks fair but it's not that great... most of what has been planted appears to be dead or dying.

As far as safety goes every apartment is equipped with ADT alarm systems which one can activate on their own, but despite these systems i do not feel safe around the apartments... i have to be vigilant when coming in from my car or going out to it because it's just not safe outside.

The construction of this place is ------... it seems they just threw these buildings up on the fly and didn't take time to do any of it right (or perhaps even pass inspection, i suspect). Just terrible.

The maintenance people can fix the problems (sometimes you have to be persistent) but i hate how they are allowed to enter anytime they want. I have woke up with a man standing in my hallway before and he's lucky i didn't come out swinging... it's just not right. They should be required to call and make contact with us before they enter because i don't want them in here when no one is here, i don't want the alarms to go off, and i just don't trust them because they are all strangers to me.

As far as the staff goes... i never see the same people in the office twice. Management has changed twice since i have been here (six months) and they just aren't very helpful.

Overall... it's a ---- hole :)
