I just recently moved to Park Place and as of today I have yet to be dissapointed my neighbors are nice, it's not loud, it's convienent to my job, I come from a small town and coming from a small town it can be scary but it's not but that's just right now and I hope and pray that it stays like that. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I hope it stays that way for you! I had to call and report a gun crime (man shooting and then, walking up the street with his 9mm in hand in broad daylight!), has bums peeing in my stairwell, neighbors spitting food onto my balcony and laughing about it....while I watched. Cars broken into in the parking lots... I know about this place. I lived there. I hope things stay nice for you, but don' count on it.
