I stayed in this complex for 6 months and I went thru pure hell. They treat you nice when u first get there but then it's like :we got you now." If you have anything of value consider it stolen already and when you have all of you attempted and successful break-ins then you will have to pay for the damages to you property.

The only way I would live there is if I styaed in the house and I didn't have a car. I have had to get my car painted, light replaced and had to park in a different area in the complex just because of the bad ass 3-17 year old unsupervised children. Think about that
