I lived here about a year ago and it was awful. If you have an alarm on your car, expect to hear it go off on a regular basis. I had a very nice paint job on my car when I moved there, but by the time I moved out, it was full of scratches. There are always a ton of unsupervised children running around at all times of the night. I also had a dishwasher that leaked every time it was turned on and the maintenance claimed to fix it at least three times. Needless to say, it was still leaking when I moved out. I think that for the amount of money you pay you should have better service and feel safer. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I LIVED IN PEBBLE CREEK IN SEPT 2006- AUG 2007 THEY GAVE ME A EVICTION NOTICE FOR NO REASON AT ALL THEY SAID THAT IT WAS AN UNAUTHORZIRE PERSON LIVING IN MY APARTMENT THAT WAS NOT ON THE LEASE AND THAT WAS A LIE. I STILL HAD TO MOVED OUT NOW I OWN THEM BACK MONEY FOR RENT AND COURT COST I STILL HAD TO PAY RENT AND THEY EVICT ME

My husband and I moved in as a last resort in April of 2006. It was the wost mistake of our lives. Sincewe moved in there has been nothing but bad things from both the neighbors and the managment. The kids in the area NEVER go to bed. Their parents dont care so they stand outside all times of the night popping fireworks 5 days after a holiday had ended. There is trash everywhere at all times. The pebbles that were supposed to be on the walls of the grounds are now on just lying on the ground because of the kids. They remind you of the kids from Hostel. The management have no class. The manager speaks ebonics and she is not even of the ethinic decent that normally speaks it. The apartment complex itself is a joke and needs to be condemed. Our apartmetn was broken into by her staff and her response was, "Sounds like an inside job." What burglar makes a sandwhich and drinks Mylanta? The same kind that knows that you are not going to be there for a while. The kind that watches you as you leave and knows what time you return home. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
