Raintree Apartments

Worst place I have ever lived!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have only lived her for 4 months and I am already having problems. When I first moved in I called to tell them that I had a whole in my cabinet. They came and put some plastic time on top of it. I recently reported that my bathtub was peeling and called to report it. I received a letter from the office stating that maintenance was going to resurface the bathroom on Dec.4 and it couldn't be used for 48 hours. Well, Dec. 4 came and nothing happened. He came on Dec. 5 when I got home because I saw he had put some stuff on top of the cracking a peeling in the tub. Well Friday came and my tub was still not finished, so I called and was told that maintenance was planning on comming back on Monday to finish it but it would have to dry Monday and Tuesday. Well Sat. the plastic tile that they placed on the kitchen floor started rolling up so I pulled it up and underneath was the orginial floor that was craked and broken up and they had just put the plastic tile on top of it. I called the emergency number and the manager didn't even return my call. I do not recommend any one to move in these apartments.....
