I live in the Courtney Apartments in Homewood which is managed by Redmont Gardens. I had a list of 20 items that needed to be replaced or repaired the first week I moved in. The thermostat did not work, windows would not lock, outlets did not work, etc....I could go on & on. You would think these items would have been checked out by management prior to a new resident moving in. In the last month we have been attacked by fleas in our bath tub every morning. The exterminator treated the apartment for fleas a few weeks ago, but we still see them every morning. We also have a horsefly problem after rainy weather. We even have to call management to remind them to cut the grass (more like weeds) in the courtyard.
