The location is great and the apartments have some charm but they are old and need a lot of maintenance. Thats when the problems begin. When you request maintenance, don't expect any action until you have complained at least twice and at least two weeks have expired.

The staff is a complete nightmare to deal with. If you don't talk to the same person you will get shafted. I currently have made three maintenance requests due to a leak over my apartment that is causing the ceiling plaster to fall. On the third request, I was told "well this is the first I've heard of this" This is the 2nd time that has happened.

It is a shame that this complex is so poorly maintained. I don't think it is the maintenance persons fault, but rather the shoddy management team. I cannot wait until my lease expires and I can leave this prison.

I honestly believe that the good reviews on this website were written by management.
