The apartments are old, run-down, and need constant maintenace. They often smell of mold that is in the walls. The repairman is completely overworked and it typically takes a month of complaining to the unhelpful staff to get anything done.

This place could be great, but the ownership apparently doesn't want to spend any $$ and management is horrible. The apparent boss or leader of the management team is the worst. They recently hired someone new is trying to be helpful, but the head witch will change this. Can't wait until my lease expires and I can move.

The positive opinions written here are bogus. Notice how they read more like a brochure than an actual review.
