i only lived at redmont gardens for a year, but that was because i found a roommate. i have read some of these reviews for this apartment and i am shocked! the only problems i really ever had there was that the walls were extremely thin. my downstairs neighbor always knew what was going on at my place. if i ever had a problem it was fixed, you people have complained about parking, there is parking everywhere, yes, sometimes you may have to walk through the parking lot, but i always had a place. and bugs' the bug man comes once a week! if you have a problem, call the office, they will get him to come and spray. that's why he's there. everyone was always very friendly and the office staff was always very helpful. i am currently residing in another one of their properties after renting from another place for a very short while. in fact,i have never found a nicer, more helpful staff! they have made sure that anything that was wrong with my current apartment was fixed from new paint to a new fridge, that's not something you can get just anywhere.
