I lived in Redmont Gardens for one year. My experience with the after hours maintenance was not bad. I only sat in the dark for a few hours. The management was hideous. Trees fell on cars in heavy rains. The roach problem was creepy.
I should have known better when I moved in and found a bucket already placed under my kitchen sink.
They claim that the price is comparable to any apartment in the 280/inverness area, but those other apartments probably offer such amenities as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, and central heat and air. And as a person living alone, with none of the above, I never understood how I used $120 worth of power water and gas per month.
The hardwood floor and charm was the only thing that kept me there the whole year.
