The floorplans are great, but the management has gone steadily downhill. The traffic on Valley Avenue has gotten progressively worse - ten cars were hit last night by one drunk driver. This was the fourth incident (that I am aware) of in an 8 month period - the 2nd within a two week period.

Management does not take the safety of their tenants seriously as there has been a "peeping tom" stalking the property for over 7 months and the management has taken no action to warn tenants of this danger.

Management also does not take health codes seriously as raw sewage was left on sidewalks - even after sewage line was repaired. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Aren't Redmont Gardens and Homewood Townhouse Apartments two different places? Redmont Gardens are in Mountain Brook while HOMEWOOD Townhouse Apartments are in HOMEWOOD. Why would you write a review for those apartments here?
