The location is great and these units have potential if it werent for the current management and maintenance. when a person has a serious leak, someone should respond immediately. Instead, we had to wait until the cealing caved in on the bed. and still the ceiling wasnt fixed for over a week.

Even when they fixed the ceiling, the other leak we were having still wasnt remedied. We called them about they didnt respond quickly to that either and the management started acting aggrevated with all the calls. the leak was never properly fixed and mold began growing in the walls.

also, i know its not alabama rental law to require notification upon landlords entering the premises but this is the only rental unit i've occupied where this courtesy wasnt extended

parking is bad, but that's obvious before moving in. try to get an end unit if you do want to live here where you can park on the side street. the condo individual owned units down the street offer the benefits and possibly not all the drawbacks, but i guess that would depend on the owner.

Ooh, I went and looked at these in my recent apartment search and I thought the building was so cute and charming, until I got out of the car and walked up to it. And once I got inside was even worse, paint chipping off the walls and doors and it smelled so funky. And when the lady told me it was over $600 for no w/d connection and no central h&a, I couldn't help the dumbfounded look I had on my face. I guess there is something to say for location because the price definitely included that Mtn Brook address. No thanks.
