Do not move here

I lived here during my first year of graduate school. When I first moved in, I loved the management, but they soon sold out and got in horrible people. The apartment was dirty. I had FLYING COCKROACHES that I was never able to get rid of despite the fact I called the office several times. There was one occasion in the winter where they refused to turn on the heat for 3 days and the temperatures were in the 30's. The apartments run on an old radiator system and management controls when and how long it is turned on. The poor lady across the hall from me was in her 90's and had the threaten a lawsuit because she was so cold. The apartments also operate on an old fuse system. One of mine went out and exactly half my apartment had no power which included the kitchen. It took a week because once again, a part had to be ordered. The paint is chipping and falling off the walls. There is no parking. The walls are thin. My bathroom was disgusting. I found a renter to take over the last 2 months of my lease so that I could move back home but I was STILL charged for the 2 months on top of the new renter getting charged as well. They made double the money that month. It was when the management team of Satan came in. I would not move here. Park Lane is just down the street and nicer. It may even be cheaper too.

I have lived here for almost a year and never have "flying cockroaches." Cockroaches only come into your apartment if you don't clean. Plus, the office allows you to have your apartment sprayed for bugs free of charge.

Your statement regarding the cockroaches is not true. I reported the problem and the office never came and sprayed. I also do not like the fact the you insinuate that my apartment was not clean when you have no knowledge of that fact. Are you a member of management by any chance?
