I lived in Redmont for a year. The experience was miserable! Parking was terrible and the walls are very thin. The office staff was never helpful. Any time I
went in with a request they tried to make it sound like I was in trouble for something and that they were doing me favor by fixing whatever needed to be fixed. The downstairs neighbor actually complained that we walked across the floor too loudly,and we were told to "try to walk more softly". However, when she left her television on with the volume turn up full blast (for two days), we were told to call the police and file a noise complaint. When her dog attacked mine, I was told to call animal control, that basically it wasn't Redmont's problem. Do not live here unless you feel like battling crazy neighbors and a lazy office staff.
