I have just read many of the commments on this site and don't really agree with all of them. I had NO problems with the staff or getting help if there was a slow drain or leaky sink. i lived here for my first year in professional school at UAB and it was SUPER close to everything. joe mugs is a short walk away for studying, and billy's is a good place for a beer and food. yes it is an older place, but was close to downtown isn't. good location to the lakeview bars. utilities are included in rent. i never felt unsafe getting out of my car when i would come home late. parking is a little slim on the main road, but i live in the back appt. so it wasn't much of a problem. all and all, great experience. i challenge anyone to find a place that has these qualifications for the same price. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
