Even though the apartments are in a great location, it is not worth the tradeoff of the hassle of living here. Once i moved out, they kept MOST of my deposit even though there was NOTHING wrong (i did an unofficial walk-through with one of the property managers and she assured me that she did not see anything wrong with the apartment). I wish I would have taken pictures of the apartment after my things were moved out so that I could prove that they are lying about the things that they were saying are wrong. Plus, if there is a problem in the complex or someone has had security issues, they do not let other residents know of the problems. They do not concern themselves with the safety of their residents, I guess they will once someone is seriously hurt or endangered, but by then it may be too late and they could have a law suit to deal with.
