this place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Yes, the location will "blind" you because it is pretty great. Quiet, safe, trendy, and close to downtown BUT....this place is the biggest rip-off in the entire city. First off, the apartments are DISCUSTING. And the management does NOTHING to improve them at all. Window units'''' give me a break, how trashy. Might as well live in a trailer park. And PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't feel "privledged" to have an apt that includes a washer/dryer unit. What a JOKE!!! It takes almost 5, yes 5 hours to wash/dry one load of clothes in this terrible contraption and then you have to take it to the cleaners because there is not an iron on this planet that can get the wrinkles out of your clothes after. And I should mention that your only able to wash maybe 10 items at a time because its so small...might as well go to a friends or the laundry mat. The maintence men were very nice....if I ever saw them!!!!! Don't even get me started on the staff...complete "you-know-whats". Just awful. I hope someone comes in and buys their sorry a#$es out and turns them into condoes like every other complex in the area. Those people are nothing but money hungary con-artists and oops...I still "supposedly" owe them money for not mopping my floors''''' Good luck a#%holes...
