I don't really know where to begin!!!! I'm a medical student and thought because it was in a great location I would give it a shot. WORST MISSTAKE OF MY LIFE!!! When i first moved in the apartment their was a list of things that were supposed to have been donw which took them about 6 months after i had to keep reminding them. You have to pay a set power bill every month, but what they dont tell you is they have control of the heat. It was dead winter in bham and I would come home with a freezing apt and I couldnt turn on the heat. Its like living in a college dorm again with no control of anything. Yet you are paying for it. Also, upon moving in the floors were refinished and going the cheap way they dont put a sealer over it. So everything in my apt including a $3,000 couch was ruined by varnish smell amoung many trips to the doctor with headaches. Not to mention the smeel of cat urine outside my door. The staff seem really nice but wait until you move in and need something. I would never advise anyone living here and would run for the hills!!!!!!!!!!!!
