These apartments are in a great location and they're "cute," but please don't live here if you can help it. It's a total rip-off for what you get. You WILL miss air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter (I had to get a space heater and a few electric blankets). The washer/dryer gadget you get makes a great conversation piece, but it's worthless (and they'll charge you and extra $60/month for it).

Now for the good part. I had a leak coming from my bathroom ceiling. And, when I say "leak" I mean water poured from the ceiling. And when I say "water" I mean soapy, used shower water from the people living above me. It was disgusting. I called the office constantly, and even put something in writing to the management. They offered me $25 to shut me up. To my knowledge, three different maintenance people "fixed" it. And, when it wasn't fixed, I would call or go into the office yet again, and jerks in the office treated me like I had nothing better to do than to make up crazy leak stories. And finally, the NIGHT BEFORE I moved, the ceiling caved in and I had rotted sheet rock everywhere. I'm so glad I didn't renew my lease!

AND in the midst of all of this the washer/dryer wasn't draining. SO then they sent in people to fix THAT. And, of course it wasn't fixed the first two times they looked at it. To make things worse, I came home for lunch one day and the maintenance person left the key to my apartment in the door when nobody was there...glad to know they're worried about safety.

I hope this convinces the innocent not to live in this hole.
