Obviously I'm not alone in thinking this place was pretty crappy, but judging by their reviews, they haven't done a whole lot to change things since I've been gone.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful landscaping! It looks so quaint and nice when you first pull in, you'll be swept away believing that they take great care of their units. THEY DON'T!!

In fact, once you move in, you can basically forget about seeing the management again, even when there are noise complaints or crazy bastards yelling in their own apartment at all hours of the night.

This was this first apartment I lived at in Birmingham and I definitely wouldn't have even kept my lease if I'd have only known how much nicer you can get for a good $200 or more less per month.

Its not worth it. Don't move in. Apartment ratings.com doesn't lie.
