High Ceilings Hardwood Floors Beautiful Grounds....Very Happy

I have lived here for almost 3 years and am very happy. I like older buildings...love the high ceilings, hardwood floors and radiators...lots of charm you don't find in apts. built in the last 30-40 years.

The grounds are kept up and very attractive....old oak trees lining the streets and courtyards throughout with iron outdoor furniture.

The kitchen is small and not practical for really cooking large meals. I wish there were balconies or small porches. But, these shortcomings are not major issues for me. I think the positives far outweigh the negatives.

As far as maintenance, I have been very happy.
