Regents Walk Apartments

Terrible From: tjen75@yahoo.com Date posted: 10/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I am a current residence of this complex. At first things were cool, but then came the problems & the killing part, I haven't even been there SIX months. 1st off, they are too darn expensive to have to go through what I've gone through. I've complained NUMEROUS times about noise & NOT just walking, this is down right noise from a neighboring 2BDRM apt where up to 8 people (incl. kids) resides. Then, when you try to reach them on weekend, just happens the emergency msg line isn't on. "WHAT A COINCIDENCE!!" But I have NEVER heard of such. To top that off, I had to call BACK to have my maintenance issue corrected (still is not) & the guy came in to fix it, left & never came back, AND LEFT THE KEY IN THE DOOR!!! Now, had I not gone out that night around 8:30 or 9, I guess the key would've just been left in the door until the next morning, or I'd be dead or robbed one!!! I hate this
