I have lived in third world countries that are nicer than this place. I was greeted by 3-inch roaches almost daily despite my development of neuroses to keep them away. Cops were coming through there all the time. Management was OK in taking care of problems. The most AMAZING moment was when a 2-inch slug was crawling up my bath tub from the drain. This place is an entymologists DREAM. There are holes in the wall, leaky pipes, the whole package. The best thing I can say about this place is that there is great parking (although someone still managed to back into my car in the parking lot).
If you want a really nice place, try out Lakeshore Ridge. Pricey, but new and MUCH NICER!!!!
