these apartments are great for students. especially,because of the student discount discount offered: 5% off the rent,plus any other offers that they often have. For example, $100 dollars off the first three months rent. The apartments are very spacious (Except for the 1 bedrooms. they feel cramped and made me claustrophobic. well, i am 6'4"; most places make me feel cramped anyway. My girlfriend and I moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bath (1200sq.ft.) with a killer view of homewood (greensprings, oxmore, and 65). No one ever really disturbs you. Some plumbing issues but nothing serious. Overall i recommend them.
