Some problems, but good overall

We live in Homewood for the schools and closeness to UAB. We live upstairs and do hear our neighbors music, but not more so than other apartments we have lived in. We have seen occasional waterbug roaches in the bottom breezeway but we haven't had roach problems. Apartments spacious, nice interiors, our maintenance problems have been fixed promptly. This is the 4th complex that we have lived in Homewood over the years, very good compared to the others. (I agree about the Overlook being especially bad.)
