I am absolutely in love with these apartments and the management. The apartments are very nice (1 bedroom) and roomy, with a great layout.
I haven't had any problems with noise or break-ins. It's extremely convenient (seconds from Greensprings Avenue, 4 minutes from Southside) and reasonably priced.
Every encounter I've had with management has been wonderful. They offer great services, such as free gift wrapping, advertising/setup for a group yard sale, throwing parties and generally just making the little things easy.
There was some pipe trouble and I did have backup in my bathroom. I called the emergency number and maintenance fixed the problem AND cleaned up the mess that was made. I was dreading cleaning it, only to come home and find it already cleaned.
Jennifer and Katie are two of the friendliest managers I've ever met.

How can you not have problems with noise? It's beside a frigging interstate. I lived there for a year and besides the biggest G.D. bugs I ever saw, the noise was horrible. When I left the place was becoming "The Hood"

to: anonymous, I only WISH that I had your review BEFORE I signed a lease in Dec 07, the I 65 noise is AWFUL and the Large Bugs are getting on my nerves... They even come out during the daytime...
