I live here and I plan on renewing my lease. While most places have a 25 limit on a dog's weight, they have a 50 lb limit. And you can have two dogs. We did have roaches once, but management came and sprayed a couple days after we complained. Also when our lights went out in the kitchen, they fixed them the day we filed a complaint. There are alot of families that live here, and sometimes the kids can be annoying, but that's not the apartment's fault. It can also be creepy around night, but I think that's everywhere around Birmingham! I am overall very happy here, and the trash pickup is very nice! Also everytime I have gone to talk to the staff, they have been very helpful! I would recommend this to anyone who wants an apartment that is affordable and convenient.

Affordable? Hardly. It is ok AT FIRST, but will get more expensive with each lease renewal. That is part of the reason I moved.
