My roommate and I lived in this apartment for a year. Our air conditioner nor heater worked. Our thermostat was broke but maintenance never seemed to understand or fix the problem. There was also faulty wiring. The biggest experience was the roaches. We had them continuously for a year. They went through 3 differenct management teams and no one seemed to know what was going on. My roommate and I are very clean people. The apartments and hallways also smell foul. It took forever to get the bad odor out of our apartment when I moved in. I know it is cheaper than other apartments in the area but I do not reccommend this apartment to anyone. Trust me, it would be worth the extra money to live elsewhere.
