My roomate and I have lived here for almost a year now. We've had a terrible problem with roaches for most of the year. We've complained to management several time and have our apartment sprayed once a week. Nothing has helped. Also, the parking is terrible because it's on a hill, the walls are paper thin and the neighbors very noisy, and maintenance is slow. I'd call and report a maintenance request in the morning and my roomate would go up to the leasing office in the afternoon to make sure it was processed.The lady I talked to said she never talked to me. This happened on several occasions. Do not rent here!
