This place sucks! It is SO not worth what we pay. We pay almost $1000/month for a two bedroom apt! Don't be fooled by the price they quote you because by the time they factor in your garbage fees and THE WATER TO FILL UP THE POOL you are paying almost $1000/month!! Also, new "management" says that residents can only have a maximum of 2 guests at the pool and NO PARTIES. Wonder why I'm paying to put water in something I can't use the way I want....' Also, the regional manager is a joke. She bought illegal xanax and diet pills while she was out of the country on a company paid trip! I promise this property reflects the attitudes and habits of it's management. Save your money and move somewhere with professionals in charge because here, rules change daily but they fail to inform the people who pay thier salaries.
