When I moved in it was horrilbe my carpet in my apt was so dirty I didn't even wan't to walk on it. I think the carpet was suppose to be a light grey but, it was more like brown and the smell a smoke was just rolling out of the door. I had the manager go down there with me to look at the apt. She said she didn't see anything wrong and that it didn't smell. I spoke to the carpet cleaneer and the maintance supervisor about the carpet and the smell and they said that the carpet did need to be replaced and a ozone machine did need to be put in. Finally, they did replace the carpet and put the ozone machine in. It's a good thing I wasn't moving from out of town because the apartment was not finished till 5 days later. I also had a problem with bugs and 2 mice. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And for the staff very unprofessional and rude. Never speak to a manager by the name of Patricia.
