Truly a Magnificent Place to Live!!!

I am a 24 yr old single female proffesional who relocated from New Orleans to Birmingham in July of 2003. I fell in love with the apartments and the area because of its proximity to shopping galore, entertainment, restaurants, the gas station, and the post office.
Ever since I've moved in these apartments management has always delivered nothing less than exceptional service. It's the quietest, most convenient and friendliest place I have ever lived. The grounds were always well lit, clean and proffesionally landscaped. Maintenence issues have always been dealt with the same day or at least within 24 hours. And I have always felt secure because the access gates have always been in working condition and never malfunctioned.
I would have continued to live in the superior Colonial Grand apartments but unfortunately I am relocating to Memphis,Tennessee. I will truly miss the exceptional service I received and hope that there are other apartments in the Memphis area that will live up to Colonial Grand's standards.
Boy will they have a tough act to follow! ! !
