when apartments were under colonial grand, I never had difficulty with maintenance, they would fix whatever was needed. I received the run around with new management and maintenance and was even told to try and fix it myself...no lie. I will not renew my lease.

i have never had a problem with maintenance but with all the work that they are doing it does have the maintenance men stretched out but still my complaintes was fixed in a couple of days
