The management and staff at this property is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They are not concerned about the people who live there. Every maintenance problem takes multiple calls to get help. My air conditioner went out in July, and it took a week and 4 phone calls to get it fixed. When someone tried to break into my apartement and the door knob was messed up, it took 5 days to get it replaced. Even then I had to make a trip to the office and speak to the maintenance manager to get it done. The management never return phone calls. The apartements are not in the best shape, but they are spacious and well laid out. The grounds and ammenities are all clean and kept up. It would not be a bad place to live if the management were not so incompetent.
