I've lived here for close to 3 years now and the place has done nothing but improve. I've swiched from a one bed room to a two bed room and plan on moving back into a one bedroom when my currrent lease is up. The manager Kristen, is as nice and helpful as she can be. All of the office staff is wonderful and the maintainence guys always have a smile on their faces. I love it here!

I am thinking about moving there. I don't know anyone in Birmingham and I am in my upper twenties. Is this a good place to meet people this age and find friends?

There are a lot of college kids living in there....great place ro meet people your age.
