Renaissance at Galleria has really gone down in quality since I moved in. The gates no longer work and haven't for sometime. They finally fixed the trash compactor after rats and roaches practically took over.

I have mold throughout my apartment that maintenance just tries to paint over. There is trash everywhere on the property and it will stay there until you or the wind pick it up. The management does not keep in touch with the residents at all. You will spend a fortune on your water and sewer bill. There are plenty of other complexes that are far better.
