We lived here for 12 month and were glad when the contract were over.
When we were there, Lora, the manager seems to had no glue how to to do this business and the two maintanance guys are Nazis. The place is very noise. People screaming all around, day and night, cars passing in and out having their music on the highest volume day and night. The gate was never working and so the dumbster. We were living right on the other site so we could never open the windows because of the garbage smell. No Pest controll ever. We had to deal with all kind of bugs in our apartment. THe water bill was always about $100 although we had not used any drop for 4 weeks, we had to pay $100. The pool was dirty and cleaned only from time to time. We found once condoms in the pool and decided never get into it again. The loundry room is owned by someone elses company and very, very dirty. Never been cleaned. It is better to go to a public laundry if you want to keep your clothes in good shape.
