Moved in here back in January, everything is great except for the fact that the office staff is EXTREMELY rude and unorganized and uncaring about their tenants. We get a lot of packages in the mail that don't fit in our mailbox. Instead of providing parcel lockers or making us go to the post office (which is only about 5 minutes away) to pick it up, Management, in it's "infinate wisdom" has decided they will accept packages at the office. That's great and convenient, right'' WRONG!!!!!!!!!!! It would be great if they didn't lose packages in that pigsty they call the "package room". Almost everytime I have to go get a package it is an ordeal for them to find it. They have no organization in there. This last time I went to get my package, they can't even find it. I have filed a complaint with the post office about this. I would much rather go pick it up than roll the dice with these people. The worst part, though, is that they are completely unconcerned. They didn't offer any assistance in helping to track it down. They took one look in the room, and then I also looked and no package so I am out of luck. Hopefully the company I bought it from will replace it.
