Friendly staff and unique floorplans

I lived at river place for a little over a year. I stayed in a 2/2 and a 2/1. I loved the floorplans for each. The den in the 2/2 was very nice. The only problem is the size of the kitchen and the age of the apartments. However, if you don't mind smaller kitchens and let's not forget the glass shower doors it's a wonderful place to live. The management is great. Very friendly and you really feel like you live in a neighborhood. The people are nice and friendly and you never have to worry about safety. However stay on the second floor because the apartments are in a wooded area and the insects are NO JOKE. The complex will spray every week but you can't help the surroundings. If you want something newer check out the renovated buildings that will be opening around March 2006. They should be really nice for the Price!Can't beat it!
