I have been a resident for only a few months and these few months have been pretty tough sometimes. So far, I have had a run in with an alcholic neighbor that threatened harm to me if I were to wake him up anymore by cranking up my car. I had to call the police on him in order to get that taken care of. The managment took this very lightly and said that he is just that way and there is really nothing they can do about it. Also since they do allow dogs, there are several of them in apartments all around me. One in particular is next door, through the wall in my bedroom. There are several problems with this particular dog. First is that the managment does not enforce poop pick up at all. Also constant barking is ignored by managment as well. I have reported this several times, but to no avail. I can't wait to get out.
