We lived there in 2003. Couldn't get out soon enough. First they claimed to have cleaned the carpet before we moved in. It looked clean but about two weeks later the old soil began to come to the surface and it was disgusting. Everyday a light bulb burned out (may be an electrical problem/fire hazard) Shower doors leaked after trying to get it fixed several times I finally caulked it myself. I had a family of squirls living in the wall behind my headboard. Sidewalk out front flooded everytime it rained. Wow just too many things to list. Read your lease twice before signing it. They have an automatic renewal clause that they don't point out or even make mention of until you try to move out and they stick you with month to month for at an increased rate. Several of my neighbors have had to get lawyers for different reasons.Do not Recommend, The cheap price says it all. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I find it funny that this person waited 4 years to comment on this web site. I have lived here for the last 5 years and am still a happy resident. My family has gone through the process of having a few new managers and all of them have made thier own improvements and changes respectivly. When we signed our lease it was clearly noter in bold, capitol letters this was an automatic renewalable lease to a month to month lease if you did not renew. Most responsible adults would read a contract before they signed one. The person commenting obviously has not worked with or had contact with the new managements and had no business making such an outdated comment.

actually, although outdated, it is true. i live there currently and that sounds totally like my living experience, with the exception of the drug dealers who chase people away from the pool, horrible management, and the apartments falling apart. by the way, to open your dishwasher, you have to keep your fridge door open. useless!

I live there now and agree with the first user response. It states clearly on the application that it is an automatic renewal. Look...if you want a REALLY nice place don't get one here. Go pay 2,000 a month somewhere else, but these apartments are great for what you pay. The only problem I have had is with stupid ass people that live there. They can't really control people, so like everything in life you just have to deal with it. Things fall apart, this place is old, so just expect it. Also I have NEVER had a drug dealer chase me away from the pool!?!?!???
