I AM A NEW RESIDENT AND EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE APARTMENT, OFFICE AND MAINTENCE STAFF. EVERYTHING I HAVE ASKED FOR HAS BEEN QUICKLY TAKEN CARE OF. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. IT'S CLEAN, WELL KEPT, PAINTED BEAUTIFULY, QUIET AND SAFE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX. I AM A EXTREMELY PERTICULAR PERSON AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!

lets see how you like it after 4 months. how did you like the overcharge on water because of a leak in the pipes caused by the apartment? oh, and wait till you really get to know the office staff. have fun with her, she's a nightmare. glad i moved! that place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. i will NEVER rent from engel realty again!!
