Riverchase Gardens Apartments

Beginning to deteriorate from their former class appearance and setting From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2002   These apartments were once very nice with lovely grounds. However, once they chose to renovate them several years ago, the renovations of the interiors were very shoddily done. Also the caliber of people who are being moved in has changed. While it was once an atmosphere where everyone took pride in their apartment home, now the management is renting to people who are using the apartments for multiple families per apartment. Some of the apartments in my building have 7 to 10 people there at any given time.
