Riverchase Gardens Apartments

Run!! Don't even think about it!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   This place is the ses-pool of riverchase and should be torn down! I lived there for a year and a half. Where do I start' Let's see, They will let anyone or any number of people to move into the apartments. My building was infested with termites, spriders, and fire ants. I was putting a nail in a wall to hang a picture and the wall came down. For 2 weeks they tried to blame me untill I got the city building inspectors involved. My dishwasher was recalled in 1982 due to the fact that is caused fires when it wasn't on. (GE with energy save) My next door neighboors were drug dealers but that was solved not by the managment but the police at 4 am doing a bust finding a girl that had been missing, beat and raped. Arlington properties finnally let me out of my lease when my lawyer got involved. Two weeks later I found out the floor in my apartment building caved into the apartment below mine. Stay away from these!!!
