Day one(move in)- after driving 8 hours arrived. Office mgrs. said they would leave a key and open door...nope, sure didn't. Called after hours emergency # for help getting into apt. already paid for. No response and # was the normal office # and no other emergency #. Got in anyway(wink-wink) and neighbor called cops as a break-in. O.K. so what! The cops said it was my problem and went on their merry way.
Day three- power cut off because lady at office sent in wrong fax to power co. saying to cut off power. Refused to hook it back up for 24 hrs. Got over it in the dark.
Still here, but tired of complaining. Now my AC is frozen and maintenance man will still not call me back!! I thought this was considered an emergency according to our contractual agreement. Let's see what happens next.
