You don't get what you pay for....

I have lived in both a one bedroom and two bedroom, when I first moved there is was a very nice complex and I had few problems. As time has gone on the office has not met my expectations. They allow broken down cars to sit in the parking lots for months at a time, people leave trash on their decks where you can see it and no one says anything about it. They do not enforce their leash rule for animals, so if you are not an animal lover it is not the place for you.

I agree and 2 years later things aren't any better. If you are not fond of kids...lots of kids...running around everywhere or paying too much for too little, i.e. apartment size/quality, polite, professional, or just friendly apt staff, or timeliness of maintance, then keep looking.
